Five Major Usage of Graphite Paper

Graphite paper is mainly used for the seal of sealing ring, mechanical seal, graphite strip, packing, clad plate, cylinder gasket, graphite seal and other basic materials. It is widely used in electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, instrument, machinery, diamond and other industries, for example, in machinery, pipeline, pump, the dynamic seal and static seal of valve and so on. It is an ideal new sealing material, which replaces traditional sealing materials such as rubber, fluoroplastics, asbestos, etc.

Five major usages of graphite paper:

● Usability of graphite paper processing: Graphite paper can be die-cut to different sizes, shapes and thicknesses. Die-cutting plate can be provided with a thickness from 0.05 to 1.5m.

● High temperature resistance of graphite paper: The highest working temperature of graphite paper is up to 400℃, and the lowest working temperature is down to -40℃.

● High thermal conductivity coefficients of graphite paper: The in-plane thermal conductivity coefficient of graphite paper is up to 1500W/mK. The thermal resistance of graphite paper is 40% lower than that of aluminum and 20% lower than that of copper.

● Flexibility of graphite paper: Graphite paper can be easily compounded with metal, insulation layer or double-sided adhesive tape, which increases the flexibility of design. There is an adhesive behind it.

● Light and easy-to-use graphite paper: graphite paper is 30% lighter than aluminium of the same size and 80% lighter than copper of the same size; a graphite radiator can be connected to any plane or curved surface smoothly.

Graphite paper application technology is mainly applied to laptops, flat panel displays, digital cameras, mobile phones and personal assistant equipment. At present, the price of graphite paper is not very high. All in all, the price of the raw material is not high, the manufacturing process is not very complex, and not much money is cost in the processing, so the price of graphite paper is pretty low. Although graphite paper is not expensive, it has a very high value.
